Steven Holl Architects is looking for a highly organized and motivated Contractor to help with the marketing and management of light offices for our New York office. Primary marketing responsibilities include research, production of proposals, and submission of potential projects. Office management responsibilities include telephone, email, ordering supplies, and managing light facilities. Candidates should be highly organized and self-reliant, able to multitask, go all the way and have a positive attitude. This position works in close collaboration with the Managing Partner and the Executive Assistant.

Requirements

– Strong graphic design skills
– Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
– Writing and writing skills
– Good sense of organization and human relations
– College graduate with a demonstrated commitment to architecture and art

The ideal candidate would have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and / or business development for architectural firms. This position offers an excellent development opportunity.
